Condominiums and apartments are different classifications specified in planning permissions issued by URA.
Compared with apartments, condominium developments require larger land areas for the provision of communal and recreational facilities.
The minimum land size of an apartment is 1000m² while the minimum land size of a condominium is 4000m².
